Breakfast today was oatmeal cooked in coconut milk with mashed banana, topped with raspberries, banana, blueberries, pine nuts, sunflower seeds and coconut crunch

So in fitness class we do this whole routine and part of it is 10 burpees and I always just skip them because I could never do burpees but today I did them and I am really happy about that

Peanut Butter Mousse, Homemade Granola and Banana Parfait

Peanut Butter Mousse recipe:150g thick greek yogurt1 Tbsp organic smooth peanut butter1 Tbsp honey1/4 tsp cinnamonMix everything until smooth, chill in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes. Serve topped with banana slices or raspberries (chocolate fudge sauce would be outrageous), or as a breakfast parfait (layered with granola and banana).
