My workout for the day, doesn’t look like much but that elliptical got the best of me!!

BREAKFAST: egg whites (x3) + chocolate milk
DINNER: organic macaroni and cheese, chicken souvlaki + lemon water
Also came home and made a smoothie from strawberries, bananas, and peaches!

Perfect breakfast!

I miss feeling this fit. This was taken about 6 months ago.. Oh how easy is it to blame though? I blame school, study, weather, friends etc for not working out as often as I used to… But enough is enough! It’s like “you can either complain and find excuses or you can just get up and go for a jog/swim/climb”.
This week I’m going to try and do something physical everyday to get me back on track! 
Anyone know some awesome vegan fitness blogs I can follow to keep me motivated ?😜
